Starting an apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity and with the training and support that we offer, we know that our staff will receive the best start to their career.
At TNB Garrison Early Years and Play, we offer:
Off the job weekly training with a skilled practitioner. This can be either in a group or on an individual basis.
Whole TNB training days offering guest speakers and a range of workshops.
Training packages using Noodle Now or Flick with over 60 courses available that each staff member can access at any time.
A higher hourly rate of pay for our apprentices, because we want to encourage adults of all ages into the childcare sector.
A financial increment for every 20% of the apprentice qualification completed.
Paediatric First aid training included in the training package.
TNB utilise the knowledge and expertise of our more experienced staff to support others. These ‘TNB Champions’ are able to provide training and/or mentoring either individually or as part of group training.
The early years matter and that is why TNB are dedicated to give every child the best possible start to their lifelong journey.
